
Recipe Description
Yogurt Dip:
Mix yogurt, sea salt, finely cubed cucumber and fresh or dry mint. Mix together and add a little water to achieve a good consistency. Cover and leave in fridge for flavours to blend.
Za’atar Bread:
Heat oven to 180 C.
Brush flat bread with olive oil and sprinkle on Za’atar Blend. Pita bread works well as does sourdough or turkish bread. Put in oven for 5-8 minutes to warm cut in slices.
Serve with yogurt dip. You can also serve sliced carrots, olives and or fresh vegetables for a tasty platter.
