Ingredients:
Turmeric is a star spice. It’s anti-inflammatory, improves digestion and detoxifies the liver. You can buy fresh turmeric at many fruit and spice store but dried turmeric is just as good to use.
1 Cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk)
½ banana
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon flaxseed
few cubes of ice
couple slices of pineapple (optional)
honey (to taste)
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
