Ingredients:
Try this as a great breakfast drink to get your energised for the day ahead.
3 tomatoes
1/2 punnet strawberries
15 basil leaves
½ lemon, juiced
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp fresh ginger
5 ice cubes
honey, to taste
Method:
Pour all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Add honey according to your taste. You can also use frozen strawberries if you don’t have fresh on hand. Serves 3.
