Ingredients:
300 g whole-wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baker’s yeast
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
1 dozen black olives, chopped
Sea salt
Method:
In a large bowl, add flour, yeast, baking powder, oregano and sea salt.
Make a hollow in mixture, add 1 cup of lukewarm water bit by bit for form a dough. Knead for a few minutes.
Add the olive oil. Cover with a dry cloth and leave somewhere warm to rise.
Knead again, add the olives and mix.. Put the dough in a cake mould, lightly oiled. Let the dough rise for one more hour.
Preheat the over 200°C. Bake the bread for 25 minutes.
