
Recipe Description
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp olive oil
500g Lamb Steaks
4 Tbsp Besaha’s Moroccan BBQ spice mix
1 Fresh chilli
1 Eggplant (sliced)
1 Courgette (sliced)
1 Tomato (sliced)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
¼ Cup finely chopped coriander
Salt and papper to taste
Method:
In a bowl combine lamb steaks with a sprinkling cracked pepper. Add Besaha’s Moroccan BBQ spice mix. Add 2 Tbsp of olive oil and Coriander. Cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl add your veggies (without tomato), add 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Add 2 Tbsp of Besaha’s Moroccan BBQ spice mix. Sprinkle salt and cracked pepper. Combine and cook when you ready.
Serve with crusty bread, couscous, garden salad or mash.
