
Recipe Description
Ingredients:
1kg Prawns, fresh or frozen
(Remember: If using fresh prawns you may need to peel and devein.)
2 Tbsp Besaha’s Chermoula Spice Blend
4 Tbsp Olive oil
1 White onion, finely chopped
3/4 Cup Italian parsley leaves, roughly chopped
3/4 Cup coriander, roughly chopped
1 Lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Place your prawns in the bowl and rub with Besaha’s Chermoula Spice Blend. Season lightly, cover and let them sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion on a low head for about 5 minutes or until onions or completely soft. Turn up the heat to high and cook prawns with the parsley, coriander and lemon juice. These will only take a couple of minutes to cook.
Serve immediately with rice and salad.
