Gluten Free & Vegan Biscuit with a similar texture & flavour to a chocolate brownie, slowly changing to the texture of a biscuit.
Ghriba Recipe, makes 12-14 Biscuits,
- 1C icing sugar required for coating
- Pre-Heat Oven on Bake to 170⁰C
- Mix 45-50ml Water with packet contents in a bowl, let sit for 10min
- Portion to Table Spoon (25g) sized balls
- Roll balls in Icing Sugar & shake off the excess.
- Place on greased & lined baking tray approximately 5cm apart.
- Gently press balls flat to about 1cm in height
- Bake for 14min, cracks will form and will firm as they cool.
